Accessing your MAMP PRO localhost on a LAN - local ip address or Local Hostname You can access your MAMP PRO localhost on a LAN using mobile devices or other Macs. Note: You may have to additionally configure your router and Mac Preferences in order to access your localhost across your network. You cannot directly edit your httpd.conf file in MAMP PRO. You need to make custom configurations through your httpd.conf template file. More information on how to configure your httpd template file can be found in our Menu File section. MAMP PRO and httpd.conf, php.ini, my.cnf. Switched from MAMP Pro 3.x to Local by Flywheel and now to Valet+ for strictly WordPress development, and so far I'm not complaining. I tried MAMP Pro 4 about a year back, and 5 recently, but Local was, in my usage, more stable and predictable (no mysterious MySQL not running errors) than MAMP Pro, about the same speed, and in fact quite a bit more comfortable to use.

phpInfo shows you information about the configuration of PHP.To access the phpInfo of each individual host see the Settings > Hosts > General section. - phpMyAdmin
phpMyAdmin is a web based database admin tool written in PHP. Your MAMP PRO instance of phpMyAdmin can be accessed through a link in the WebStart page. The source files for this instance of phpMyAdmin are located in/Library/Application Support/appsolute/MAMP PRO/phpMyAdmin
. Additional MySQL users can be created using the “User Accounts” tab. - phpLiteAdmin
phpLiteAdmin is a web based SQLite database admin tool written in PHP with support for SQLite3 and SQLite2. - APC
